This WebRotate 360 Product Viewer End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and WebRotate 360 LLC for the WebRotate 360 Product Viewer software identified above, which product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product" or "Software" or "Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. WebRotate 360 Product Viewer is licensed, not sold.

Do not use this Software until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. Scroll to the bottom of this text until you review the entire Agreement. By using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use this Software Product.

GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights: Use and Copy. WebRotate 360 LLC grants to you the right to use copies of the Software only in conjunction with a validly licensed copy of WebRotate 360 Product Viewer. You can resell services derived from the use of your license however, you may not resell the Software unless you have received a written permission from WebRotate 360 LLC to resell.

Free license: you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use copies of the Software on any number of your personal, your clients' or your company computers. You are allowed to host the media that you create with the help of the Software on any number of web servers (i.e. domains) or distribute the published media elsewhere without limitation. You must maintain all copyright notices and hyperlinks on all copies of the media.

Professional license ("PRO"): you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use copies of the Software on any number of your personal or your company computers. Running the Software concurrently (at the same time) on multiple computers requires purchasing extra licenses. You are allowed to host the media that you create with the help of the Software on any number of web servers (i.e. domains) or distribute the published media elsewhere without limitation. You must maintain all copyright notices and hyperlinks on all copies of the media.

Enterprise license: you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use copies of the Software on any number of your personal or your company computers. Running the Software concurrently (at the same time) on multiple computers requires purchasing extra licenses. You are allowed to host the media that you create with the help of the Software on up to 3 web servers (i.e. domains). You may store the published media for offline use on any number of computers (trade show booths, smartphone apps and similar).

RESTRICTIONS
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- You may not resell, rent, or lease the Software unless you have received a written permission from WebRotate 360 LLC.

NO WARRANTY
Any use of the Software is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebRotate 360 LLC and its licensors disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WebRotate 360 LLC or its suppliers and licensors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if WebRotate 360 LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entire liability of WebRotate 360 LLC and your exclusive remedy under this EULA shall not exceed five dollars ($5.00 USD).

OWNERSHIP
All rights, title and interest in the intellectual property embodied in the Software and accompanying materials, if any, are owned by WebRotate 360 LLC or its licensors. The Software is copyrighted and protected by international treaty provisions. Exclusive rights for commercial use of the Software worldwide are owned by WebRotate 360 LLC as defined by this Agreement. End-User receives limited rights of using the Software only. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

TERMINATION
Your rights under this EULA terminate upon the termination of your WebRotate 360 Product Viewer EULA, or without prejudice to any other rights, WebRotate 360 LLC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
